Stanford_S22 genotypeThe genotype for the Stanford_S22 dataset was independently inferred using iHMMune-align, IgBLAST and IMGT/V-QUEST+JunctionAnalysis using the method described in Boyd, 2010. A list of the IGHV, IGHD and IGHJ genes that were inferred as comprising the genotypes are in the tables below. The Stanford_S22 rearrangeable genes lend themselves to the evaluation of IGH utilities as the genotype lacks a number of IGHD genes (IGHD1-7, IGHD3-3, IGHD2-8, IGHD4-4, IGHD6-25, IGHD6-6), and is homozygous for the IGHD genes that are present. This allows the identification of IGHD genes at the gene and allele level to be evaluated in a variety of IGH rearrangements.
